Trying to avoid traffic in an unfamiliar city, Mr. Lou makes a few wrong turns and ends up hillside with a spectacular view of the megalopolis below. Instead of driving back into the congestion he sits on the hood of his truck, eats a bologna and cheese sandwich, and captures the skyline.
