If product was broken during shipping, arrives defective, or is a different style than what you ordered, please contact email@example.com immediately. To get an exchange approved and processed you must contact our offices within 2-3 days of shipment delivery.
We only accept returns from purchases that occured on OrigAudio.com. If your product was purchased from a retailer and is deemed defective then you will need to return your product to the original point of purchase.
OrigAudio will exchange your non-customized product for any product of equal or lesser value within 10 days of your receipt of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipment charges but OrigAudio will ship out the exchange for free. There are no restocking, handling, or processing fees. No refunds.
