Return Policy

All sales are final once payment is confirmed.

If product has broken during shipping process, arrives defective, or is different style than which was ordered contact sales@origaudio.com immediately. To get an exchange approved and processed you must contact our offices within 2-3 days of shipment delivery.

We do have a 10 Day exchange policy in place, your OrigAudio can be exchanged for another unit of equal or lesser value. Customer pays for shipping original to OrigAudio and we shall ship your new one out to you free of charge. We do not charge and additional fees such as; restocking, handling, or processing.
